The Line Phahonyothin Park Sales Gallery

The Line Phahonyothin Park Sales Gallery located on Phahonyothin Rd., Attached to Phahon Yothin 29 Alley, in the middle of Chatuchak District, one of Prime Area in Bangkok. The 1,065 square meters site locates within 200 meters from BTS and MRT station ‘Phahonyothin 24’.
According to site location which is high value area, Design approach is to maximize potential value out of the area, to serve both Business and Social Values. With the idea that ‘Art is not only sculpture and painting, But also functional area, Landscape, Architecture and Interior as a whole’.
Within limitation of space, we redefined all design areas as one to maximize values in every dimension, physically, functionally and sensory. With collaboration between Architects, Interior designers and Landscape architects, involves the design disciplines working together.
Functional programs consist of Visitor Parking area, Inside road, Street Front public area, Sale office building and ‘The Park’ semi-public court.
Planting design followed the Three concepts i.e., flower garden, Natural wonder and The Park. Using Variety of flower shrubs in color and texture. Also, the evergreen shrubs were used to give lush and natural feelings to visitors at ‘The Park’. Bushy and sculptural Trees were used to create shade and shadow.
The structure, plants and water feature generate different senses in a day – from morning to night. Besides, They exist in-between the busy city area harmoniously, welcoming visitors from different places and friendly to neighborhood.
From outside perspective, we created hierarchy-based design for the best experience of visitors. From public plaza at street front, Semi-public court, to the semi-private sales gallery. Purposedly, creating the transitional space from business city to calm and relaxing area inside. Besides, Another purpose of the design is to represent the main concept of The Line Phahonyothin Park which concerns Green common space for the clients and well-being.
Multiple Scenes, both outside and inside, were created by composition of feature trees, walkway and glass block structure as background and object itself, Complimented by natural light effects in Daytime and Feature lights in Nighttime.
In conclusion, we strongly believe that “No matter inside or outside, There is no limit of Landscape, Dream and Ambition”.
